Sera Management — Sera Management
Context
Sera Management is a 360º communication, design and artist-booking agency based in Badajoz, Spain. Their work was strong, but their digital presence didn't show it: they had no proper website to carry the brand, and every content change depended on an outside developer — so updating the roster or a single section became a bottleneck.
Behind the scenes the problem ran deeper. Managing the roster's gigs — dates, venues, fees, commissions, expenses — lived in spreadsheets and scattered WhatsApp threads. Manager and artists never shared a single view of the agenda, there was no clear way to tell which commissions had been collected and which were still owed, and nobody left a trace of who changed what.
Result Sera replaced spreadsheets and scattered messages with a platform of their own: a website the team edits section by section without touching code, and a booking agenda where manager and artists track gigs, fees and collected-vs-pending commissions in real time, with an audit log of every change.

- My role
- End-to-end design and development, solo, from scratch. I built a custom WordPress block theme (no Elementor, no page builders) where every section is editable straight from the editor without touching code, with a "liquid glass" visual identity (translucent panels, animated background aurora, cursor-following glow, fluid typography) and careful accessibility (WCAG contrast, reduced-motion and reduced-transparency fallbacks). I also developed an internal booking-agenda plugin as its own front-end app outside the WordPress dashboard: a shared calendar colour-coded per artist, isolated roles and permissions (the manager sees everything, each artist sees only their own), gig records with automatic commission calculation, an accounting dashboard, and an audit log of every create, edit and delete.
